Notice & Takedown Procedure
Jeux de Rue respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Jeux de Rue does not host video content directly. All video content is embedded from third-party platforms. However, if you believe that content accessible via our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material from our website.

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL(s) on our website where the material appears

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
How to Submit
Please send your DMCA takedown notice to us through our contact form, specifying "DMCA Takedown Request" as the subject:
Submit DMCA Notice via Contact Form
We aim to process all valid DMCA requests within 24-48 hours.
Third-Party Content Notice
Since Jeux de Rue embeds content from third-party platforms, we strongly recommend that copyright holders also file DMCA notices directly with the hosting platform where the content is stored:
- EPorner - Submit takedown requests via their official DMCA page
- PornHub - Use their Content Removal Request form
Filing directly with the hosting platform ensures the content is removed at its source, preventing it from appearing on any website that embeds from those platforms.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringers
Jeux de Rue will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain a policy of removing content that has been the subject of repeated valid DMCA notices.
